Operating System Installation. The operating
system on your computer will be installed, upgraded, or reinstalled,

pertinent software will be reinstalled. A system tune-up will also

Wireless network consultation or optimization. A system check and discussion to determine the probability of setting-up
a wireless network; or the optimization and security of a current
network.

Small network setup. Up to three devices
(computers, print server, game systems, or handhelds) will be set
up using either wired or wireless standards. Wireless networks will
be secured. The broadband connection, a printer* and files will
all be shared between the devices.

put on a device of your choosing (CD, DVD, flash drive).

Accounting) will be installed onto the computer, tested, and verified

Training. You will receive one-on-one
(or small group) training on the topic or device of your choosing;
from digital cameras to war driving to IPod’s.

Maintenance
Plans. For busy homes and offices, a monthly service to check
for updates and keep 1-100 computers and their networks secure and running
smoothly.

billed at the first service price if it is the first or only service performed
at each appointment.
Each additional service performed at the appointment will be billed at the
secondary service pricing structure.
